The journal publishes original research, applied, and educational articles in all areas of computer and information science.

This journal is included in the list of leading peer-reviewed scientific publications and journals recommended by the VAC of Russia for publication of scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Science, included in the Patent Journal and Database VINITI, as well as in the Russian Science Citation Index.
