Processes Width Large Impact Parameters at Colliding Beams

In the paper it is discussed phenomenon which was discovered unexpectedly in the Institute of Nuclear Physics (Novosibirsk). Namely, it was found out that number of γ-quanta, detected in the collisions of the electron and positron bunches of high energy, was notably less then that predicted by theory. Keywords:
