CALCULATION OF THE X-RAY HOLOGRAPHIC LENS FOR THE NANOMETRIC RANGE OF SPECTRUM

Calculation of x-ray holographic lenses with corrective spherical aberration of the seventh order for working wavelength 2,4 nm, 4,5 nm and 13,5 nm is executed in article. The radius of surfaces of holographic lenses is determined from condition of maximum of diffractive efficiency. It is shown that consideration of shrinkage of thickness of the holographic lenses allows to correct the spherical aberration of the fifth order. It is obtained that holographic lenses with greatly different working wavelengths can be recorded on one scheme by choice of optimum of wavelength of coherent source. The relative diameters of the obtained holographic lenses are 1:1,1, 1:1 and 1:0,9.
