The experimental and theoretical investigation of the process of helium permeation by hollow permeable solid particles (microspheres) was done. Mathematical model of this process was derived using the assumption of instant diffusion and nonlinear filtration law of gas through a particle shell. The comparison of experimental data and simulation of the process was made, the characteristic times of the process of helium permeation by microspheres were obtained. Keywords:
