Influence of terahertz radiation on bovine serum albumin conformation was investigated by use of EPR spin probing spectroscopy. It was demonstrated that radiation induces an increase of amplitude and line width of triplet. It is supposed that changes of reaction centers steric characteristics is reflected a conformation transition in albumin molecule.
