The paper considers a switch and a phase shifter with an operating frequency of 12 GHz, which are tunable by using electric step motors. The both devices are based on rectangular WR90 waveguides and are designed to operate at 100 MW power level and pulse durations of up to 103 ns. Keywords:
waveguide switch, phase shifter, accelerating structure.
