Measurements thermalphysic characteristics are carried out for the industrial graphites traditionally used in nuclear engineering, such as MPG-6 or SGL from Carbon Group, and for the first synthesized graphite composite on the basis of an isotope of carbon 13С. Measurements were carried out in a range of temperatures from room up to 1 400 ºС by a method of laser flash on installation LFA-427 of firm Netzsch (Germany). These results are compared to the received earlier data of the X-Ray analysis and high-resolution electron microscopy and can be used in thermal calculations of a design of a graphite target of the neutron converter with use of program ANSYS.
