Examples of the nucleation rate topologies for systems which are having the enantiotropy polymorphic phase transitions, using the idea of the nucleation rate surface semiempirical design over the phase equilibria diagrams, are presented. It was shown that multichannel vapor nucleation in according the independent set of the nucleation rate surfaces are realized in these cases. The traditional using for these systems one channel approximations of the nucleation rate theories is wrongful. The nucleation rate surfaces designed can be used as illustration of the phase sequence rule, the first version of which was formulated earlier by Ostwald.

Keyworlds:
vapor nucleation, nucleation rate surface, semiempirical design, enantiotropy phase transitions.
