The effect of the forced oscillations of the surface element on one side of the airfoil on the shock-wave structure in the transonic flow is studied numerically in the paper. The two-mode oscillations have been considered. The contribution of individual harmonics into the total energy has been varied. The appearance of additional lift force has been shown. Keywords:
transonic streamline of an airfoil, forced two-mode oscillations, the coefficients of the wave drag and lift force.
