Rejection Policy

The editorial team can make the decision of refusing to publish an article, which most often happens in the case of negative reviews with low grades.

However, the Editorial team can refuse to publish an article without performing an independent review in case it finds the study to be of low quality, not corresponding to the thematic of the Journal, not corresponding to the formal requirements for authors or for other objective reasons on any stage (before the accepted in press stage). At the same time, the Editorial team reserves the right not to indicate the reason for the refusal and not to provide the text of the reviews to the authors.

After refusal to publish, the authors have the right to present the manuscript to any other journal or revise the article in accordance with remarks and present it to our Journal again. The new article will be again considered in accordance with the general rules.
